Should be ready to use.  Just place the SWF and php file in the same directory on your web server - and that's about it.  You may want to change around the Fla part a bit so it better fits your site - but that's about it. 

This script only works on a Unix Server - the reason being is that it pass's commands to the shell that are unix specific.  You may be able to get something similiar working with a windows server though.
